Our statement regarding the Covid-19 outbreak
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is making every effort to prevent the exposure of COVID-19 to our residents and staff. Our number one priority is the safety of all the individuals who live in our community. With all of the directives from CMS, California Department of Health, California Governor, and the President of the United States, we are temporarily restricting all visitors in the facility, including non-essential vendors, starting Thursday, March 12, until further notice. We are closely monitoring the situation daily, and as soon as we are certain that the safety of our residents will not be compromised with visitors, we will lift the restrictions. The only exception with this restriction will be in the case of “end of life” care after passive and active screening requirements have been met including ensuring that your temperature does not meet or exceed 100 degrees.
In the meantime the facility has several means of audiovisual communication available for video calls via Skype.
You can schedule a time to connect with a loved one by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time.

Family visiting during Covid-19 Pandemic
Appointments are arranged every Friday, last for 30 minutes at our front courtyard and allow you to see your loved one in person rather than by video call.
Precautions apply to ensure safety during the current Covid-19 pandemic, which includes the following:
Mask required for resident AND visitor
Strict physical distancing – meeting takes place with fence barrier
No gifts/items exchanged.
Please note: Due to the limited number of appointments we can offer, we ask that family only book one visit every two weeks.
Our current open Family Visit times are: 2:00-4:30PM on Wednesday & Thursdays
